President, Soil and Plant Scientist, Agronomist
Peter Aleman is the originator and owner of BioGro, Inc. Peter has been involved in soil and plant nutrition since 1982. This includes working with growers as far north as the grain growers in the Peace River country of Northern Alberta, Canada to has far south as produce growers in Yuma, AZ. In 30 years Peter has helped growers from many different countries, with many diverse soils and waters and numerous crops.
Peter’s speciality is designing fertilizer programs and products that maximize production in yield and quality as well as improve cost per unit of production.
Peter is the inventor of the many fine products that Bio-Gro produces. Growers who use our system and our products soon discover that some of the products like Bio-SB (sage extract), Bio-N, (nettle extract), Premium 6 (acid/calcium compatible humic) are all amazingly effective and efficient. Peter believes that he is not the ‘owner’ of these formulas, but rather the ‘steward’, therefore Peter, BioGro, Inc and all it’s employees are dedicated to producing large volumes of these quality products at a cost-effective price. From these profits we re-invest into working in 3rd world countries like Kenya and South Africa – teaching and supporting small farmers and orphans with the resources and technology to produce their own food and become more self-sufficient.
Peter and his family and of course our friends in Africa appreciate the business we have and thank our loyal customers for their support and their contribution to these causes.

Agronomist – Northwest
Randall graduated from Wenatchee Washington’s renowned tree fruit program as president in 1997. Upon graduation he returned to Eltopia, WA to develop and manage an apple and cherry orchard, where he successfully initiated and implemented a certified organic conversion. Leaving Eltopia to expand his role in the industry he found himself leading the field department of Blue Mountain Growers packing facility in Milton-Freewater, OR. During his tenure he developed crop fertility management programs that rejuvenated grower/packer profit by opening up new quality oriented markets. After a brief two year stint with Crop Production Services, he went on to serve Walla Walla Valley tree fruit and vineyard industry as a private consultant. Upon his searches to create the most efficient, sustainable, and effective way to serve his growers he stumbled onto BioGro products. He has since joined our team representing WA, OR, and ID agronomics.
When not in the field Randall enjoys spending time with his wife, two daughters, and son.
